Carole is a Master Practitioner of Psychosomatic Therapy, a Body Mind Analyst, Clinical Hypnotherapist and a Spiritual Counsellor. Carole incorporates many modalities of Vibrational Medicines in her work on the physical, emotional and light bodies of those who choose to work with her.
I was born and raised in Steinbach, a small Mennonite community in Southern Manitoba, into a family of 7 children. I spent most of my twenties traveling the world exploring different places and belief systems of humanity. At 28 I settled down in Lethbridge and owned and operated a Bistro and Blues Bar, called Carole's, for 13 years. This was a very valuable experience in understanding people at a very basic level. It gave me hands on experience in the business world, as well as being a great foundation for my Soul's work. It also showed me how I had forgotten who "I" was in the business of Life. I sold my business in 1999 to explore my Spiritual Self. It's been the most wonderful journey of all; you might say it's like taking a trip but never leaving the Heart. In this journey I have learned to surrender to my Soul's Purpose and relax into my child-like nature of my true loving essence. On my journey home to self-love, I have been certified in Psychosomatic Therapy, Body Mind Analysis, Hypnotherapy, Flower Essence Therapy, The Power of Intuition and Masters in Reiki. I have received most of my spiritual teachings in Esoteric and Tantric Sciences of energy flow from Hermann Müller at two courses in Australia "The Living Soul" and "Towards the Light". My aboriginal spiritual teachings have come from participating in many ceremonial rituals with a Shaman in Peru and from many of my dear friends from the Blood Tribe. I am presently studying "Love and Ecstasy Training" with Margot Anand from the SkyDancing Institute.

Psychosomatic is the Psyche or Soul in the Soma or the physical body. Psychosomatic Therapy is the healing of the Soul's body for the greater conscious understanding of its purpose in life. We are all here to bring our emotional bodies into harmony so our true essence or White Light can shine through us with Love, Joy and Compassion.

Discover the body/mind connection and determine how past/present mental and emotional experiences are expressed physically. Our emotions and experiences form our personality, which affects the formation and structure of the muscles and tissues, which give us our own unique shape. Reading how the physical shape represents the energy system (chakras) of the body helps us to understand our inner self and belief systems. We can then choose to unblock and free ourselves from negative emotional bondage.

face and its overall structure and shape reflect all your thoughts and desires.

This is a technique that is done through conscious hypnosis where I lead you back on a meditative journey to where parts of the Soul or your Light essence have fragmented off. We then bring it to the present and integrate it back into the adult self. This is a very strong emotional healing technique which is done with love, and understanding at a very deep Soul level.
Flower essences are oral tinctures that help bring the emotional body into balance, which filters down into the physical body. This allows the Light or spiritual body to tune into the mental body with clarity and purpose of will. Flower essence healing is a unique and specialized form of subtle energetic therapy. They are considered to be pure vibrational remedies. I have over 300 different essences to choice from. Some of the companies include: Bach Flower Remedies, FES, Pacific Essences and Gurudas. This allows me to customize a very unique and special tincture for your personal emotional needs.

Soul Energetics is spiritual energy movement through practical bodywork. I use a combination of emotional release trigger points, Chakra Integration and Reiki. Before I start working on the physical body, I have my client do 15 minutes of breathing and purification exercises in a steam room using Aromatherapy. This is very nurturing and a wonderful form of relaxation in a womb- like atmosphere.
